DEVELOPMENTAL PROJECTS
As part of the NCSU Principal Leadership Program, fellows visited a variety of schools to examine the cognitive, physical, and social development of students in the K-12 setting. The school visits consisted of data dives, proper developmental learning strategies, and classroom instruction. Fellows examined how the student’s developmental needs impacted their learning environment. To compile the proper data for the project, our group visited school sites, conducted parent and student interviews, and observed classrooms. The final component of the project was to create a website for each developmental project area.
